Reiki & Shamballa Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying of hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki works on healing the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Shamballa healing works with Reiki energy intensifying the healing. Shamballa incorporates over 300 symbols to enhance and deepen the energy healing. What is achieved in an hour reiki session can be achieved in 20 minutes with Shamballa. The practitioner will begin as with Reiki with hand placements but then allows their hands to be guided to specific areas of weakness in the body for healing. The client feels a deeper sense of heat, rest, relaxation and healing integrate into the area and throughout their body.
It is not unsuaual during a session for Marlena to channel messages for you to enhance your healing or personal growth. A lot of the work being done during a Reiki session is intuitive work. After each session Marlena will always share with you what energy or information she picked up for you. This form of directed channeling helps you to gain a deeper understanding of how to approach your healing. Marlena is gifted in compassion, tenderness, intuition and honesty. Reiki sessions involve a lot of breakthrough work with emotional healing and deep energetic shifts. Marlena will provide you with specific coaching and counselling skills to support you through these exciting new awakenings in your life. Sessions can last anywhere from an hour and a half up to three hours. Please provide yourself with enough time for your healing session.
